Bookings are accepted subject to availability (confirmed by telephone or email from us), and once a completed booking form with 30% deposit is received by us within 5 working days. Cheques should be made payable to Sarah Green. Alternatively you may send a scanned signed booking form and make an electronic bank transfer (details will be on the invoice).

The balance of the invoice must be paid by cheque or transfer two months before cottage rental begins. If you do not pay the balance by the due date you, the Client, will be deemed to have cancelled your reservation. No reminder will be issued as the due date will be clearly evident on the invoice.

If you have to cancel you must advise in writing (post / email) as soon as possible. We will try to re-let the cottage. The deposit is non-returnable in all circumstances. It is recommended that you take out holiday cancellation insurance (we do not provide this). If we have to cancel your reservation for any reason our maximum liability to you will be the return of monies you have paid.

Rentals begin at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminate no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
